Nội dung phim khá hấp dẫn với nhân vật nam chính tên Huy liên tục bị một nhóm xã hội đen rượt đuổi và truy sát với dao, mã tấu, súng… Bị đẩy tới bước đường cùng, Huy buộc phải chống trả quyết liệt để giữ mạng sống. Cậu đã vượt qua lần lượt các sát thủ, nhưng cuối cùng lại thất thủ bởi chính người bạn của mình – người đã từng cứu cậu thoát chết trong gang tấc và tưởng chừng có thể tin tưởng tuyệt đối.
